Shipping Policy – Toyzzle

At Toyzzle, we’re excited to deliver happiness to your doorstep! Here's everything you need to know about how your order is shipped:

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• For blind box or special edition items, dispatch may take up to 3–5 business days depending on demand.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  

2.Shipping & Delivery

• ✅ Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders, across India.

• 🚀 Express Shipping (Optional): Available at an extra charge, calculated during checkout.

• Delivery timeline:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

  • Express: 1–3 business days (location dependent)

3.Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for orders up to ₹4999.

• For orders above ₹4999, prepaid payment is required.

• All COD orders incur a COD handling charge (shown at checkout).

• Orders not accepted on delivery may result in COD being disabled for future purchases.

4.Blind Box Products Disclaimer

• Many of our collectibles (like Labubu blind boxes) are randomized mystery toys.

• You cannot choose or request a specific design/character.

• Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for receiving a duplicate or undesired character.

• By purchasing, you agree to these blind box terms.

5.Undelivered or RTO Orders

• Orders returned due to incomplete/incorrect address, refusal to accept, or repeated delivery failure will be marked RTO (Return to Origin).

• In such cases, re-shipping is possible, but shipping & COD fees (if any) must be repaid before resending.

6.Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp/SMS.

• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active post-dispatch.
