TOYZZLE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Toyzzle, every toy is packed with care and shipped with the intention of bringing joy. Due to the nature of children’s products, our return and refund policy is very limited and strictly enforced.

By placing an order on www.toyzzle.in, you agree to the terms outlined below.

º.GENERAL RETURN TERMS

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

· Change of mind or preference

· Child no longer interested / didn't like the toy

· Minor design, packaging, or color differences

· Opened, unsealed, or used toys

· Delay in delivery by courier (unless the item is damaged upon arrival)

· Gifts or promotional/free items

All sales on Toyzzle are final, except in cases of wrong item sent or verified physical damage at the time of delivery.

RETURN IS ONLY ACCEPTED IF:

1. You received the wrong product (completely different item)

2. You received a physically damaged product (breakage during transit)

3. The item is defective and not functioning as described

4. An essential part or accessory is missing from the sealed box

MANDATORY VERIFICATION PROCESS

To be eligible for a return under the above criteria, you must:

· Raise a request within 24–48 hours of delivery

· Share unboxing video (must be continuous, unedited from package opening to discovery of issue)

· Send clear photos showing the exact issue

· Provide your Order ID, full name, and contact number

Without proper proof (especially unboxing video), your return request will not be processed under any circumstance.

CONDITIONS FOR ELIGIBLE RETURNS

· The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

· All accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact

· The return must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery

· Pickup will be attempted only once. Failure to hand over the product will result in

cancellation of return eligibility

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

· Soft toys, plush items, and any product that comes in direct contact with a child’s mouth, skin, or eyes

· Bath toys, feeding-related toys, and DIY kits once opened

· Items marked as non-returnable or final sale on the product page

· Products that show signs of tampering, physical damage (not from shipping), or misuse

REFUND PROCESS

· Refunds will be issued only after return verification is completed at our warehouse

· This process takes 4–7 working days from the date we receive the item

· If approved, refund is made to the original payment method only

· In case of COD orders, a refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer (details must be provided)

· Shipping or COD fees are non-refundable

FAILED DELIVERIES OR REJECTIONS

If a prepaid order is returned to us due to:

· Incorrect address

· Customer not reachable

· Repeated delivery attempts failed

· Order rejected at the doorstep without valid reason

Toyzzle reserves the right to:

· Deduct ₹100–₹250 as handling/logistics fees

· Deny re-delivery or refund if done intentionally or repeatedly

MISUSE OF RETURN POLICY

If we suspect a customer of:

· Repeated return attempts

· False claims

· Tampering with products

· Abusing the goodwill of our support team

Toyzzle reserves the right to block future purchases, and/or take legal action if fraud is involved.
